WORKING AT MON
Mother’s Outreach Network is a founder-led organization in an active growth phase. The Chief of Staff works in close, trusted partnership with the Executive Director — absorbing operational complexity, protecting her time and attention, and building the systems that allow MON to scale. The right candidate is energized by this kind of partnership. They bring strong professional judgment, high ethical standards, and the discretion to hold sensitive organizational information with care. They do not need to lead from the front to feel fulfilled. They find deep satisfaction in making a visionary leader more effective — and in knowing that the work they do every day reaches the mothers at the center of MON’s mission.
If that is you, we want to hear from you.
